Igor Geržina brought a lot of fun at Makarska Jazz Festival

Saxophonist Igor Geržina and his ensemble performed on August 20, as part of this year’s Makarska Jazz Festival.

With this full concert held on the third edition of the Makarska Jazz Festival,Geržina proved himself again to be a superb showman and with his excellent performance entertained all of the present public.
The popular saxophonist is active all summer. His latest single “Eastern Magic,” which was recorded in cooperation with the Czech saxophone player Magdalena Chovancova was found in almost all major American smooth jazz charts and is in the company of some of the best names in jazz like Jeff Lorber, Fourplay, Maysa Leak, Rippingstones, Regina Belle and others. Billboard, RadioWave and Smooth Jazz Network are just some of the radio stations that have included this charming saxophone duo. Geržina last month successfully debuted in Hungary with his exclusive performance at Saint Martin Festival in Pannohalmi, and soon he appeared as a guest soloist at a large Parni Valjak concert.

At the end of the year he plans to issue his fifth CD, and Zagreb audiences will see him on the 9th and September 16th where he will perform as a part of the cycle of concerts in the Sculpture Park and the Richter Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb.
